Thank you for the update! Can I just double check if you mean November, rather than October?

Afternoon everyone
#81 reporting my final payment of 2019 £1067.21 for December and just over my £11000 target :j
thanks so much Julicorn for running this thread for 2019 - it has kept me motivated and I've read all posts this year, which is the first time I've managed to do this. Well done all those who became mortgage free and to everyone else who keeps chipping away. Good luck in 2020.Blitz that mortgage

Thanks for updating!
My new lender's account shows my mortgage amount keeps growing up every day because of % added every day. I can't watch this calmly. My previous lender added % once a month just before my payment and it was less stressful for me. Also I like round numbers, but because the amount changes every day it's impossible to keep the nice round numbers..
I don't like my spreadsheet now. This is quite inconvenient, but I know I am better off with this lender than with previous one.
Hi there
my interest is added daily to my account however I see it as positive because the daily interest charged falls each time I make an overpayment and I map that through. When I first started my mortgage daily interest was £10.69, now it's £8.02. Thought I'd share the way I keep motivated in case it helps :-)Blitz that mortgage

Sorry I haven't been about for ages again! Anyway #86 updating £1272.15 for October and £950.09 for November. I gave myself a bit of a break in November as there were lots of extra expenses and it allowed me to do the Christmas shopping without feeling really poor, but I actually managed more than I expected so really happy with that. As things stand I have about £600 in current accounts and we are paid on Friday so whatever is left from that will also be overpaid. Am on course to be 80% LTV when we remortgage so really pleased with progress so far. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470

Morning all,
#34 here with news! End of last month we decided to pay off our mortgage in full :j it is now officially gone, kaput! :rotfl: but (yes there is a but) we cheatedwe paid the last of what we owed out of savings so we are not celebrating until those savings are replaced.
With that said please could you add £400 as an OP (replacement) for December.
Many thanks to Julicorn for running the thread and many thanks to everybody for the motivation you have given me throughout the year, it's been great fun :T
Well done and merry Christmas to you all, see you on the 2020 thread :beer:MFW #34 2020 £1000/£40000
