Thanks but no the electricity meter is being dealt with by the electricity people.
The British Gas complaints won't do. I want to contact the Head person.

There are lots of times I'd like to be dealt with by the 'head person' but instead accept that others are better placed to deal with me. Maybe if you were a bit more forthcoming re your issue someone might tell you the best way to resolve it. I'll put money on the fact that going to the BG CEO won't be the way

I think what is being suggested is that BG have almost 13 million different energy accounts (probably held by around 7-9million customers, as many will be on dual fuel)
BG employs over 30,000 staff, some whose only role is to interface directly with customers.Does anyone know how to contact the Head of British Gas please?...Thanks but I need it now....
No one person can possibly even contemplate handling the queries of that many customers, so what makes you think you have the entitlement to contact a single person; one whose role is not primarily customer facing? And to expect immediate access to that person?
As asked previously, what's the issue?
If we were to understand the issue, we may be able to advise you who best will be able to assist you.
But most customers should start off following the supplier's complaint procedure, if they have any issue relating to the supply of their energy.
