Google is your friend...
mark.hodges@britishgas.co.uk
But your chance of actually receiving a reply from Mr Hodges himself is precisely zero.
Thanks and that is a great help.
Does your friend stretch to a fax number please as that is what I really could do with?
Thanks for help

Pinkcloud - from your other posts I gather you are a nearly 80 year old lady.
In your working life you may have been used to fax machines but they are very rare these days - if an office has one it will be tucked away in a corner and the staff would be shocked if it burst into life.
You are quite competent with this forum and I guess would be with emails. Use the email contacts you have been given.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -

You make a lot of assumptions.
You are out of date.
There is a current rush to fax machines to draw attention to important communications without the impossible task of wading through billions of emails.
I would be grateful if macman who has been excellent on here would please find me a fax number.

My apologies pinkcloud I did not intend to offend.
Is there a fax number on your BG invoices ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
An interesting article on the BBC website today re NHS fax machines. They have several thousand but have been told to remove them by 2020.
There's a survey in the article :-
"Do you still use a fax machine? Get in touch by emailing haveyoursay@bbc.co.uk"
So presumably the BBC doesn't have a fax number.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Our County Hospital is using fax machines to get priority appointments through. One department alone gets 1000 emails a day.
British Gas do have them so hopefully macman will be able to find the number I need.0
