If it's a Sheffield Post Code how is it not a Sheffield address?

Please don't take this the wrong way but do you understand how post codes work. A Sheffield post code doesn't mean the address has to be in Sheffield but the surrounding area.

Grantham for example is in Lincolnshire but has a Nottingham post code and Worksop which is in Nottinghamshire has a Sheffield post code I believe.

Send your letter to the Rotherham address you've been given however it's unlikely the BG CEO will ever have sight of it let alone reply to you. You may as well just address it to the Executive Complaints Team.
