Tesco are selling Xbox360 with 2 games and wireless controller for under £35

just so i can get this right if it happens to me in the future. acceptance doesnt happen when cash is taken from your account they have to ship the item befor acceptance happens?

Apparently from what I read on another forum was that Virgin were offering a deal of £35 to catch out Tesco super spider sense so that Tesco immediately dropped there price to under £35. Then Virgin upped there price back to normal selling price, but they did honour a few lucky customers who got there xboxes for £35.

Very crafty I thought.

2 but tesco have said i will not be getting them but still no sign of them putting money bk yet my bank says tesco have defenitly taken money and i should ring them up

i ordered 2 aswell and my bank told me the money has defo gone to tescos, i rand them and got into a bit of a heated discussion with a customer service person who when i said you have taken my cash he said no we havent, i said yes you have my bank has confirmed this he again said no we havent, i said yes you have he said.......you get the picture after about a minute of this backwards and forwards argument which reminded me of squabbles i used to have with my sis i gave up, he told me to forward a copy of my bank statement to prove it had gone and they would refund me then, so basically he was no help at all!!

They haven't underpriced any item, the item is the wireless entertainment bundle which is supposed to cost that price. The problem is that they've added an Xbox360 to the bundle contents, so unless their T&C's state so, we can surely demand it?

same here babyg did they say we did not take it its on hold????????????????????????? or deny taking it ive had both and someone tell me that they did take it but its not on there system
