Was just listening to Radio one Vernon Kay and they had the lady from watchdog on and defo they are in the right as can cancel before despatched

Though if it had been sent out nothing could have been done.

as has been said umpteen times in this thread. their acceptance of your offer is made at the point of dispatch. if they accept your offer, they send out your console. if they don't (which they haven't) they let you know and don't send it.helpful tips
