I've got to get back on track with the operation F@!! I went shopping today and was disappointed to say the least when several items I tried on didn't fit!!!! Lardy or what. Why can't I apply the same discipline to getting DF as I do to my eating/exercise habits?

I had a lovely child free day for most of today. I went shopping and some bits including underwear (much much needed), a dress, cardi, and matching jewellery. Sounds excessive doesn't it and tbh my bugdet (from my own monthly fund) was blown. The excess could come from the clothes fund but this will be needed for the kids (summer shoes and clothes for DD and possibly school shoes for DS's - fingers crossed they are not needed). It feels almost as bad as shopping used to be before our LBM.

I need to get some stuff on ebay. I know tomorrow is a free listing day so what is stopping me??

No ebaying done but I long wet afternoon spent filling in a job application:o. Plus another one to do tomorrow, or rather CV to tailor and send via the agency. Must be positive. Trouble is I like where I work now, its pays well and it suits in terms of location and logistics however more money and next step on the career ladder will definately be good. Time for a change me thinks. Listen to me I've not even been shortlisted yet!

Good luck with the job hunting!

Re the bra issue - I got rid of all mine just a few weeks ago, and turned up bra-less in Debenhams where I basically just said "help".....several hours later and I came out of there with a whole load of lingerie that fits and is not that lovely shade of off-grey that we all come to know and loathe! And the best thing was she listened to me - about what I wanted to achieve, how much I had to spend etc. Was definitely worth it!!

Thats quite scary the thought of me turning up bra less in Debenhams:rotfl::rotfl:I'm not sure the world is ready for that much less Debenhams! Its amazing though how when you have a route through how many don't fit :o, are the same shade of grey :o, have very little elastic :o or a scary combination of all three:eek:. Note to self to not leave it quite so long next time.
