On target with the healthy life approach. Walked the hound on Wednesday night, didn't manage it on Thursday (both myself and OH going out and kids acc meant it was a super manic evening!) and took the hound for a trot last night.

Had row with OH about his taking money out of the joint account. Which he has done again today. I can't understand why he can't manage on his monthly allowance when I can :mad:. He threw the I (him) earns £XXk pa and I now letting him get some cash out when he wants. It didn't help that he was tired, hungry and having issues with the team for tadays cricket match! All sorted now but that money needs to come from somewhere. I don't understand why he can't manage on what he gets, which is more than me from next month.

I realised today when I was bringing the finances upto date that this month we've had two CB payments......:D. This has meant most of the overspending has now been paid off :D. I had to get another new tyre and inner tube for my bike today, plus one of DS2's (given he got some bike stuff for his b/day today we couldn't leave it!) so another £30 spent. However my cunning plan means that these costs £50c has come from the cars account - well its transport isn't it.

OH's car went into the garage this week and needs a new and no doubt expensive battery. Hopefully there will still be enough in this pot to cover the cost (next months payment will be in there then).

We were meant to be doing a 3m walk with the Scouts today but DS's are tired, they've had this cold/cough thing all week which although its not kept them off school (they have to be really really unwell for that to happen) its means they are tired, grupmy and at each others throats - great a whole weekend of this! So DS2 is going to a friends and the other 2 can chill out and re-couperate.

I still think I'm short on the DF status next week but I'll have to wait to Tuesday to be sure

Wow working hard that's lots going on I'm having alot of diy done this weekend need to finish an essay :-( and feeling really stressed argh! It's glorious though x

Great weekend eventually.

Managed a trot with the kids and dog yesterday although I did share a bit of DS1's last Easter Egg . I managed to get both a dog trot in today and a cycle with the DS's as well. This morning OH has fixed the various bike breakages - lovely. Just as DS2 and I was in sight of home this afternoon by bike chain broke . OH has temp fixed it but he thinks I need a new chain . Everytime I take the bike out at present something breaks!! It will have to wait until I get the chance to got into the cycle shop or Halfords later this week. So much for my healthy lifestyle challenge . I keep plodding on with it this week. My plan: Dog trot every evening, no matter how late, swim Wednesday night, run Tuesday am straight after the school run.

Oh dear, hope you get it fixed/replaced quickly, these things are sent to try us don't you know sounds like you are doing really well on the exercise front

well i have made an effort to start the excersise tomorrow ive got a map my run app for free and me and the neighbour will be running as per advised plan and we are planning to sign up for something like the great north run next year slow progress lol big diet starts tomorrrow also xx have a fun week ~:D im watching doctor house x

Didn't manage a trot with the hound today:( Lots of coming and goings tonight and Tesco shop delivered. To make up for it I'm intending to talk the dog for a run tomorrow - running fever in the air at present!

Today is payday as well. Fingers crossed I can make the figures add up?
