  • :DJust flicking around on the internet and notices that I'd got £30 unclaimed in my TCB account. This needless to say is now winging its way to be debt fund account.

I've also got another £220 at various stages with Quidco. Just under £50 can be paid out and the rest at various stages which seem to be taking an age. Plus one yet to track for our holiday flights. This will help with the debt payments next month to cover the overpsend last month :o.

Not much snow where we are. So schools have remained open :D but side roads are icy and treacherous . Can't be helped though.

Money has been confirmed on its way from TCB so that will go towards to recent overspends.

Got a letter from the N/wide today saying because we overpaid our mortgage this money they'll reduce the regular monthly repayment :p What!! A quick call changed the reduced monthly repayment to a reduced term (£500 knocked roughly 2 months off the term :D) which will now happen each month. Therefore by the end of the year our term will have reduced to a mere 10 years! Mind you once we're DF and organised I want to reduce the term by a couple of years. This will make up for when we consolidated (i know now of course:eek:) a good few years back. Lessons well and truly learnt!

Oh and I had a rare NSD today

    Onwards.......

  • I was quite suprised myself I must say but all a plus and helps motivate us as our debt reduces.

So cold here but not vast quantities of snow so thats a positive.
