Lloyds and TSB - how to tell what bank accounts I have?

Hi

I have 3 accounts with Lloyds and 2 with TSB. Both banks have very similar website interfaces.

How can I tell what type of accounts these are and what the interest rate theyre paying are? I cant find how to get this information? (Ive changed the defaut names of the accounts.)

The account type and interest rate payable should be visible on your account statements - these should be available under your online banking inbox for both Lloyds and TSB.

One way is to call them and say what kind of accounts do I have...

If you've changed the name of the accounts on internet banking go back to the same section and opt for the default name.
This will tell you what accounts you have.
Visit their websites for info about the accounts.
