And I think I really should try and appeal to popla on that ukpc one. Shall I just copy this blue post without editing and adding anything?? And shall I do it on 25th day from when pcn was issued or 25th day from the date on the appea rejection letter.....

Do you have a PoPLA Code from UKPC?
Without one you cannot appeal to PoPLA.

Definitely do not just send the blue text template appeal to PoPLA.

You appear not to have read post #3 ot the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread yet.

Ive got a Code from ukpc and i went thru that post so many times but im really confused

Maxim is never accept being the driver. This is not a criminal act therefore no requirement to provide driver details. Therefore no driver details no option to pursue through courts or privately. POPLA only find in your favour if the lines or signs etc are faulty or not correctly displayed. They do not accept circumstantial aspects such as your lack of a parking space or overunning appointment at a hospital.
They can't take a car to court!

They only have first 5 out of 10 letters of my surname and only 2 first letters and 3rd wrong out of my first name...... does this make it any better or not really

It makes literally no difference

You need to write an appeal to POPLA
there are MANY examples of appeals
These are MUCH longer than the template blue appeal, and require you to be specific

So, get on with writing it
You are burning time here, and your code is only 28 days long in time...

Whoop whoop that pcn was cancelled by retail valley park manager, how nice :-))

Now I just need to sort out that CEL one, on this one I guess I need to wait as popla rejected my appeal as I had no idea what to write. I hope MP will cancel this, can they do this as I’m still waiting for a reply, and I have no idea who’s the land owner of that car park still not much info on google it’s basically small 20 spaces car park...
