If it’s about signs and lines I will just pay while is £60, bay is marked and they have a picture of the sign so I’ve got no chance basically

Im still mega confused, I think i should just pay this disable bay one as there is a sign while entering the ar park and bay is clearly marked, noone will even listen to my excuses like there was another 12 cars without pcn.....

And that first one gone to far already im definetelly not paying £160, and how would i win that case as again there is a sign and its juts me being stupid by thinking i dont have to pay while waiting for a bay ... ?

I think that we have done all we can, the rest is up to you. Virtually everything you need to know is either on here, peppipoo, Legal Beagles, Parking Prankster, the notomob or Parking Cowboys, but you seem determined not to read them.

Either pay them or make an effort.

I read that few times but as I explained I want your opinion guys as every case is different and all I’m asking for it’s just a advise based on my situation

If your UKPC one is at POPLA stage with a live POPLA code, do that. You need to get off that phone, no wonder you are confused - you CANNOT use this forum properly on a tiny little phone screen that loses or distorts/hides much of the info you see on a laptop.

You will need the POPLA template appeal points from post #3 of the NEWBIES thread. On your phone you probably can't even tell which post is #3. That's the difficulty you have, your phone is not compatible with a large forum like this one.

It's winnable at POPLA if your code is less than 32 days old. Over Christmas maybe they will drop the ball and be unable to supply landowner authority to POPLA - and you will win if you include the right templates.

This one im just gonna I decided as this bay is marked and there is a sign and as someone mentioned before they will not care that there was 12 cars parked incorrectly as It’s about me being parked in that bay, and I will just pray not to be taken to court on another one
