Why do you think court is inevitable?

But if you want to waste your cash rather than do some research it's your choice.

That ukpc I’m just gonna pay while Is only £60 as you said before it’s not about ''no other cars got a PCN''. That argument goes nowhere, it is about the signs & lines
And to be honest this bay is well marked they probably just painted it few days before as they sorting out this car park and they do have a picture of the sign... which I missed so I think that makes no sense to even go popla as they gonna reject it and I will need to pay £100

And another one I will just pray that’s not gonna go to court which will probably will with my luck,
Funny thing is when I went to check signs after I got the letter I made a left turn on right turn only ant I got a penalty for that too lol 😂

So do UKPC has authority to act in that car park?

Have they abided by all of their AOS's CoP?

    Have they identified the driver?

Have they used POFA to transfer liability to the keeper?

But if you want to fund this industry so that they can scam people less able to afford it than you, go right ahead.

If that's the case, no need to post again, is there?

I believe they do it they doing it
No idea what aos and cop of POFA is
I gave them my details so it’s like i conformed I’ve parked there ... you live and learn
And the only thing i know it’s that that bay is clearly marked and sign is there
    So I feel like I can’t argue ...

Can you please re-write that unfinished sentence using real words.

I think there might be a question in there, but I cannot understand what it is.

Sorry this maybe didn’t make sense

So does it make it any better if I gave them wrong name.... just 5 first letters of my surname and only 3 letters of my name (1 out of 3 letters was also wrong)

Does this count like I gave them my name or not ready as the letter I received it’s with that wrong name

And I think I will maybe try popla it so confused not sure what to do at all

If you received the PCN through the post (NTK), surely they have your correct name or at least the name that is on the registration documents associated with the VRM.
