    Couple of ins.
Presents-Bodyshop peppermint shower gel and body butter. The body butter seems a bit sticky though on my hands and the smell faded and wasn't great on me so I'm not sure if I'll keep it. I'll try it on my body first. I will keep the shower gel though.

Also was gifted a generic set of body butters-gave them straight to my daughter because I know I wont touch them.

    Finishes in December.
-Morrocan Argan oil rose bubble bath. WMBA wasn't very conditioning but had a nice smell.
-Body shop spiced apple bubble bath from last Christmas. WNBA smells like a Yakee candle and made my skin really dry.

-Sanctuary spa moisture miracle body lotion (for wet skin) WNBA because it didn't seem to do that much for me. I'd rather use the normal lotion. This seems so wasteful too.
-Soap and Glory Face, soap and clarity-now using second bottle. WNBA this makes my face so dry and itchy until I put lotion on. I really ought to ditch it and by a sensitive face wash...but it cost money lol.
-Soap and glory scrub your nose in it face scrub-I have another one to get through. Just lately this is making my face sting. WNBA I've moved on to Boots No 7 microdermabrasion and St Ives inbetween.
-I used a sephora shea lip mask. This was slimy and smelly and covered half of my face-but it left my lips actually ok. I have one more. I got it from Sephora in Spain so I won't have a chance to buy again soon.
-Primark vitamin A face mask. Didn't feel special but my skin looked a bit brighter after. I have 3 more left (bought on sale when packaging changed.)

In 2019 I don't think I will need to buy anything other than face cream. My husband this morning began to let me know about Bodyshop sales and Boots sales. But honestly a year's supply is more than enough! He's worried that my Christmas money will just go into my bank and get used for something boring.

I'm going to keep my christmas money in a separate purse and use it for my luxury items when I run out of something in the year. This way I get fresh treats that haven't gone off in a box under my bed and I still reduce the stash.

Before the end of Jan 2019 I hope to have used up:
Molten Brown Rhubarb rose handcream (WNBA)

Body shop frosted berries hand cream (WMBA)

Body shop Rose shower gel (WBA-but in summer)

Soap and Glory body butter (WBA next winter but I have a couple of other butters that I'll still be using)

Body shop vineyard peach body lotion (WBA)

No 7 mini face creams day and night (WBA but not keen on smells)

    No 7 advance serum (WBA)

At least 2 sheet masks (I am so over these slimy things)

I bought a set of Molten Brown shower gels and a hand cream last January and I am not impressed with them. Some of the smells are ok-others are like cheap colognes and they are nothing special in terms of how they leave my skin. I'm going to waste my way through the cologne type ones in summer.

I'm definitely findning I have summer and winter toiletries preferences now.
    Merry Christmas.
  • One UU this morning.

Clark botanicals eye cream. WBA. Quite liked this.

Liz Earle Tiare & Jasmine Body Lotion 250ml - this is not a lotion, it is a very thick cream in a hard plastic pump bottle. I had to hack open the bottle and scoop it all into an old body butter tub. Other than the packaging it is a lovely product, I've had this a long, long time and I don't believe Liz Earle do these anymore.
I did think this was a blast from the past when I read it, I don’t think the prestige line took off.

I don’t rate Molten Brown at all. I used to like White Mulberry hand lotion as it did brighten the skin on my hands however I only ever bought it from a retail outlet and I rarely go there now. I feel the same about L’Occitane too as they closed their store at the Trafford Centre so again I don’t have access. Wouldn’t mind using Philosophy still but can only buy that online so more likely to buy Bath and Body Works.

Another UU Amiga Brooklyn Bombshell blow out spray. This was a mini probably from a Birchbox. Loved it. Will repurchase when my other haircare products are finished.

One IN from my Advent Calendar today:

The Body Shop Coconut Body Butter 200ml

I think this the last IN I'll have from my advent calendar as I think tomorrow's is going to be a face towel.

I have a whole separate bank account for Christmas money and my monthly "treats" budget! Not that there is ever much in it, but it does make me feel less guilty about the spends!

With you on the sheet masks. Yeuch.

    A UU from last night:

The Body Shop Mango Body Yogurt 200ml WDBA. This was such a nice, fresh scent. I will probably repurchase this but in summer as it absorbs quite quickly.

And a few INs from today:

Eve Lom Gel Balm Cleanser 30ml
    Eve Lom Rescue Mask 25ml
    Lush Sleepy Shower Gel 110g
Lush Sugar Plum Fairy Sugar Scrub
Lush Snow Fairy Body Conditioner 50g
Pixi + Caroline Hirons Double Cleanse 100ml

A very minimal amount of toiletries and skincare this year and I am happy :) I have my birthday next month so I could possibly receive some toiletries or skincare then as well.
  • Received some Baylis & Harding soap but I don’t use soap so I will GA. I also received a voucher for a workshop to make your own natural body products which I’m looking forward to :)
  • 14 INs for me today, very grateful but won't do my stash much good :rotfl:

    Jo Malone Red Roses
    Chanel Coco Noir
    Emma Hardie Cleansing balm
    Dr Haushka cleanser x2
    Dr Haushka toner
    Dr Haushka moisturiser x3
    Aveda shampure shampoo
    Aveda shampure conditioner
    Aveda shampure body wash
    Elemis rose exfoliate
    Rose hand cream
