    Finish 7 by Christmas

    1. Max Factor All Day Flawless Foundation - half left
    2. Bourjois Colour Boost Lip Crayon in Plum Russian - only a bit left but this is quite a firm crayon so it takes a while to use.
    3. [STRIKE]Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer[/STRIKE]
    4. Laura Mercier Brown Eyeliner - going to last forever
    5. Soap & Glory Cheekmate - only need a tiny bit so this will just go on an on.
    6. [STRIKE]Revlon Photo Finish Powder[/STRIKE] (dropped and shattered but was almost done anyway).
    7. Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil - only a tiny bit left.

This is where I have ended for this challenge. I will start a 'Finish 7 by Spring' challenge I think.

One IN this morning from my advent calendar:

The Body Shop Matte Lip Liquid 8ml (Tahiti Hibiscus)

This looks like a nice shade. A very deep red shade.

One UU this morning and it's something off my PP list:

Aderma Sensifluid Cleansing Micellar Lotion 400ml WNBA. This was nice but it left my face a bit irritated, so I used it on my hands instead. I much prefer the Noreva Micellar Milk.
  • I'm also a member of the "still here but not getting through any products" club. I moved my makeup table into a different room, and it's out of sight, out of mind, so I have moved it around again.

    No INs at least.

UU - Lavender soap. Only have 3 bars of soap in the stash now and 3 in use. That's still more or less a lifetime supply.
Nina Ricci perfume mini - dried up

A leak in the bathroom meant that I needed to move some of my things for a while, that and an inspection of my spreadsheet lead me to re-visiting my no buy list.

If I can continue to be strong and not make "make me feel better" purchases, I should have a very inexpensive 2019:D

    My No Buy List
    Body moisturiser End 2019!
    Hair conditioner Mid 2019
    Night Cream Mid 2019
    Day Cream Summer 2019
    SPF for face End 2019
    Foot cream 2020
Perfume Would like something new, not bought for years
    Cleanser Late Summer 2019
    Hand cream – End 2019!
Hair serum/oil /styling spray – I seem to have lots, enduring quest to find something great now my hair is naturally grey i.e. finer with less body.
    Facial masks 2020
    Facial oil 2020
    Toner End 2019
    Eye cream/Serum – Mid 2019
    Shampoo Spring 2019
    Conditioner End 2019
    Shower Gel - Spring 2019
    Toothpaste Spring 2019
    Deodorant - Very Soon
    Nail polish remover End 2019
Serum – Need to check this out
    Acid toner - Mid 2019

    I have a TA

Weleda Baby Weather Protect Cream 30ml - I have tried numerous times to use this but it is like a very runny balm or a very thick oil, either way it is super, super sticky so impossible to use anywhere really. It's been in my life too long so out it goes.

The only ins this month have been an Avon shampoo for DD - £2. DD also got toiletries for her birthday, Lush ones from me and DH, plus others from a friend, she also got a gift set as a secret santa gift with mini body wash, body spray, scrub, body butter and shower puff and a slab of Lush soap from a friend, something liked baked alaska.

  • Trying to get my numbers moving before the end of the year, so started focusing on samples - three UU this morning:

Ren Flash Hydro Boost. WBA. Made my skin feel really smooth and look great. It will be a long time before I need skincare though!

Caudalie Vinopure serum. WNBA. Not overwhelmed.

Caudalie Vinopure moisturising fluid. WNBA. Not overwhelmed.

    One UU tonight:

Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner 3ml sample WDBA as a full size as I'm intending to. Just going to let my skincare stash get a bit smaller first.

    And one sort of UU/TA:

Klairs Illuminating Supple Blemish Cream SPF40 3ml sample WNBA. I wanted to see what this was like so I tried it on some scars on my arm. Did cover them a bit but not effectively. I have no need for a product like this.

I TA another nail colour yesterday. Went into my stash of minis and found another purple. Looked like Rich and Brazilian so out it went. Pulled out Kiss Me On My Tulips to use next.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    uu

Liz Earle Tiare & Jasmine Body Lotion 250ml - this is not a lotion, it is a very thick cream in a hard plastic pump bottle. I had to hack open the bottle and scoop it all into an old body butter tub. Other than the packaging it is a lovely product, I've had this a long, long time and I don't believe Liz Earle do these anymore.
