If I am amazing Beanie, and it's debatable :rotfl: then I'm surrounded by many more people on here who are just the same.
The overriding impression I get when reading diaries is how many strong women there are who are determined to make things better for themselves and their families. It really is humbling, especially when in a lot of instances it's being done under adverse circumstances.
I've seen loads of stuff 'out there' where women seem to take delight in putting each other down and yet the support on here for each other is unbelievable. So I guess you're right, in our own ways we are actually all pretty amazing. x0 -
Day 18/31, 10 NSD's, Prolific £2.80 cleared, £0 pending, Cash £25.50 for 14-20th January.
Well it's Friday again and w'er over halfway through the month! We were going to have the little one tomorrow and take her to the donkey sanctuary, but she's not well so I can't see any spending happening over the weekend.
I've eaten a big bowl of porridge with blueberries and a squirt of honey for breakfast which must have gone to the parts it needed to because I've spent a good couple of hours doing the horrible bits of housework including sweeping and mopping floors. Energy levels aren't always there, so I make the most of it when they are. :T That's a self appreciation clap for myself btw. :rotfl:
Anyway, I feel set for the weekend now. Apart from hoovering, wiping the bathroom down and doing a bit of washing and ironing there's nothing else that will need doing.
Have a good day and stay warm. x0 -
Have a lovely day
It's really cold isn't it!

It's F..F..F..freezing Wannabe :rotfl: In true teenage lad style DS wouldn't take a coat with him. They don't have anywhere to put them and he can't be bothered carrying it around all day. Mind you he probably doesn't feel the cold. I'm permanently freezing but that's a good excuse to drink endless cups of tea to keep me warm. x0

I'm sure I've seen snow today! Luckily it's raining too. It doesn't make it nice going outdoors

Hey teafor2 it is also super cold here! Although I keep nipping outside to cool down as keep hot flushing with poorliness. I hope you’ve had a good day x0

It's snowing :snow_laug Quite heavy as well and it's sticking. DS most miffed that it's weekend. After a couple of snow days last year he was hoping for more. :rotfl:
No spending today as predicted so I'm on 11 NSD's. Hubby bought something so I've just added the receipt to RH and I'm on 474 coins now. And that's about it really. Nothing very exciting going on here. Just waiting for Grantchester to come on. I've always had a soft spot for Robson Green ever since he made an appearance in Soldier Soldier. Bloody hell. Just looked up when the first episode of that was, 10th June 1991 - that's 28 years ago  That's it, I'm officially old0 -
