Morning Everybody
Day 16/30, Prolific £0, Spends £40
WB - I text you a few days ago. Thanks BB50, Alicia and Beanie, I'm still around but not feeling as inclined to come on the laptop as much.
Yesterday was spends day. I had £18.50 left over from last week so I popped £3 in Christmas, 50p in charity and then £15 in a new pot called "Christmas Splurge". This will be for our family Christmas party. It's very select, myself, hubby, DD and DS. :rotfl: We usually go for a meal, afternoon tea or to the Christmas markets in December so it will help to cover this.
There might be nothing in Prolific but I'm definitely not complaining. I've cashed out nearly £20 since the start of September. :T Over the past few months survey money has been used for various things behind the scenes but I'm leaving it in Paypal now to build up.
I think the only change in the pots is Christmas. I know I've bought DS a couple of things but I'm sat here and can't for the life of me remember what, which is a bit worrying :rotfl:
Apart from that everything is ticking over nicely. I will make a big effort this week to catch up with all your news, but in the meantime I hope you're all OK and are MSE healthy
Have a great day. xx0 -

. I like the sound of a Christmas splurge pot, I should do something similar. You've done well with surveys recently :T.

Thanks LABMUM. Still keeping a grip on things behind the scenes. Surveys have quietened down but nearly £2 in there so building back up towards a cash out againxx

Thanks HHD. The Christmas Splurge pot will come in handy for whatever we choose to do. Not sure how it's going to work out this year though. Staff where DD works have already been told no requests for Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, NY's Eve, NY's Day are to be made. Obviously I don't think she'll be expected to work them all but who knows. And I don't think she'll find out until much nearer the time. On top of that her shifts are weekend anyway and with DS being in school I'm starting to think our Christmas Party might not happen this yearxx

Hi Everybody
It's spends day again and the first thing I did this morning was tuck my £40 into my purse
It's been a spendy week but I know where all my money has gone so that's OK. If anybody's interested it was a Macmillan donation, new underwear, fish & chips and some new make up that I needed.
I need to take £5 out of the bank that's owed to me and I have £6.33 in my purse so £11.33 to carry over to next week. I've put £5 in Christmas Splurge, £5 in Christmas and the £1.33 in my purse.
Apart from that things are just ticking over here. The main pots I'm trying to boost are the 2 Christmas ones but there's no panic to add much more as I've pretty much saved what I set out to cover with the added bonus of some gifts already being bought. :T
Hope you're all doing OK. xx0 -
