Good morning GQ! Hope you slept well - and hope the knitting gig amused you for a nano second <3this is what you inspire in people2023: the year I get to buy a car14

But we have great plans for you GQ 🤣14

GQ hope you home and as comfortable as you can be.
today I am experimenting with dehydrating some frozen veg I got cheap as the bag had split, will be interesting to see how well it works as a way of bulking up my winter\prep storage for a low cost that is shelf-stable. I haven't used mine much as it was an impulse purchase a few years ago, but many friends have borrowed it in that time, so it hasn't been idle. loltoday's mood is brought to you by coffee, lack of sleep and idiots.

Thank you for your good wishes. I’m very tired and sore, resting lots. Physio to do etc. My family are having to quarantine with me t for two weeks post surgery as it would go very badly if I got Covid now with a raised risk of death.
Every increased possession loads us with a new weariness.

The gubbyment is urging drug stockpiling
As for course, covid's ripped through exisiting stashes.
I slightly doubt that may are short of paracetamol (given the prices they went up to) but cough mixtures, cold & flu remedies you trust, whatever keeps you going through winter (Vicks, sudocrem, TCP - we each have something we'd resent being required to pay triple for) may be worth loading up on.
As for prescription medication, the only way I could build a hoard would be phoning in & lying & the pharmacist has looked after us all so far.

Like being on a roundabout that you can't get off. What is left of my brain is spinning wondering what I might have forgotten. I did buy some steri strips the other day. DD says she is struggling now to buy Ibuprofen.13

Snap to the steri strips, I got a pack last week, I checked my first aid box the other week and most of the stuff was way out of date or perished, I'd better get a wiggle on filling it back up.£71.93/ £180.0013
