Hi lovely peeps,thank you all for your good wishes. I had surgery yesterday and am doing well, they will probably let me out of bed later today and discharge in a few days. Feeling disgustingly chipper atm but the long convalescence period will likely see me climbing the walls....... I have a borrowed tablet and several books and a Zimmer frame to play with later...... living the dream, living the dream. Hope everyone has a good day and take care of yourselves in this heatwave. Glad to hear from you already GQ, and wonderful that you are in good spirits.
Heatwave was very short lived here. 32 by lunchtime, then wind and cloud arrived and was down to 21 by 6pm with drizzle lol. Fine by me, 32 is too hot for me!February wins: Theatre tickets20 -
