You can get the ear savers from Etsy. I bought some and they look better made/stronger than ones I have seen in the flesh from Amazon, the plastic ones that is.13

My sister made her ear extender with a bit of dressing gown sash & 2 buttons. I may make a couple for my parents as ear elastics & their hearing aids are not cooperating! Dad nearly puttered around the supermarket with it gaffer taped but lost his nerve at the idea of getting it off again.13

OH smokes, yes bad habit, baccy has jumped by 80p, he's having another go at packing in.Would it perhaps be worth semi-tactfully pointing out that being a smoker seems to be one of the worse things to be if you get Covid?(This suggestion from Si_Clist, who freely admits to being on the fags from the age of 15 until I was in my forties, by which time it was 40 a day. Been off 'em 30 years now. Best thing I ever did apart from marrying the present Mrs Clist

Hearing aids with glasses and then a mask are a receipe for disaster. It has cost mes lot of money. I removed my hearing aids, so they wouldn't go flying across the car park whilst wearing a mask and now can't find them. I have to pay the NHS for the replacment aids.Suffolksue said:DfV I can emphasis with your Dad ,I pinged a hearing aid across Sainsburys car park today taking off my mask !!

Just popping in. Ecoegg have 40% off their wash balls and the replacement pellets to go in them. I have just ordered one plus some replacement pellets delivered £13.17 this will give me many washes and a good back up if things lock down or run out. Plus they don't take up too much space!

Oh no, that's a nuisance. Have you systematically looked everywhere you could possibly have put them?I have the same thing - behind-the ear hearing aids and glasses; I've sewn my masks with elastic that goes all the way round the back of the head.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)13
