The other night when my mind wouldn't switch off yet again I was thinking about BOB (that sounds abit rude), I couldn't figure out what type bag I would need to buy let alone its contents?! We are a family of now 5, I think we may need two bags. I currently have several lists on the go for various things to buy/need doing in the not to distant future and am not moving quick enough with any of it.
I did empty the whole of the larder yesterday and reorganised it, I need to buy supplies its running to low for my comfort level. I did find 2 bags of filter coffee 2018.....
Went to check milkman delivery weds morning (second order) and it wasn't there! Either he didn't arrive, its been stolen, its been delivered to non lockdown teenage neighbours and they kept it?! I'm going with he didn't deliver it for some reason as I'm feeling generous tonight!12 -
Yes, that's the way to do it!

If we had to decamp I would use my 42 litre rucksack and also my big shopping trolley which has big enough wheels to get it over slightly rough terrain so ought to be able to carry quite a lot of what we'd need.
My prepping today will be making a mental map of all the edible wild things we see as we walk, there are many, and in extremesis knowing what not to eat because it's going to make you ill is as important if not more so than knowing what you CAN eat safely.

I do have somewhere to decamp (luckily several options) but would hope it wouldn't come to that. Also hope it doesn't come down to having to dispatch and deal with squirrels and wood pigeons... I really would have to be starving to do that.
Am, however, grateful for the reminder that it wouldn't hurt to build up the stores again in case there is a supply issue later in the year / next year.
I've planted a few things this year - more so than recently as i guess we'll be here to look after and water them. Not always the case. We'll see how it goes.I wanna be in the room where it happens11 -
There is no way in hell that I'm going to bug out anywhere. I'm sitting tight up the top of this hill, quite organised and comfy. If you bug out then you become a refugee... not ideal.12

To be properly prepped you need knowledge.9

I'm afraid I've nowhere to bug out to, even if I could do so. Physically I just couldn't manage so I will live or die where the house is. We won't get flooded here, that's one less thing to worry about!
