The label isn't pre-paid? Then I don't think a drop off location would be able to accept it - Or at least thats what I would expect.

It is confusing. If you had a pre-paid label then I can't see how that wolud be relevant. If the label you have is not pre-paid then yes, I can see why they wouldn't accept it.
Its really up to the seller to provide you with some way to return the item - if they want to. Its dificult with the way information is being drip fed but it sounds like they either don't understand the returns process themselves or else they are just trying to fob you off as Amazon have closed the case.0 -
It was a 6ft red Christmas tree by a company called Home Decor GB. They have now removed the item!0
