Yes. They gave me address to go to. Halfords. Halfords are saying that it wasn’t DBD who delivered it to me so they cannot return it.

What company is the label from?
  • Yes item is listed on Amazon.

Label was simply address to company I purchased item from

Sounds like it was bought from a seller on Amazon, rather than being sold by Amazon themselves.

    Was this a prepaid label?

If not then it's no wonder Halfords didn't accept it.

Can you post what information was on the label as it seems to be being dripfed at the moment. Was the label for a specific delivery company?
  • It’s just an address sent via email. Nothing else. I’ve just written it out and stuck it on parcel. There was a barcode that I printed out and stuck inside parcel as directed. Halfords asked for barcode so opened up parcel but barcode did not correspond to anything to do with DBD who I was told were the carrier.
Totally at a loss as to what to do.

Did wherever you got the barcode from not also list some instructions? I seem to recall when I had to return something to a seller thats what happend.

As others have sudgested, wondering if DBD(?) is definately the carrier who the return barcode is for?
  • The barcode will have been the standard Amazon returns barcode.

I'm not sure why you went to Halfords, what exactly did the seller say to you about the return?

Or that it isnt a prepaid postage label, hence why it does not register with Halfords.

What else is on the barcode label?
