Hi!
Not been on for a couple of days as lots to do. I did quite a bit of shopping yesterday, including a few xmas presents and a lovely top from Per Una reduced from £29.50 to £7! :j
Today I've been to w*** and the kids at school have been pretty high, but that's due to the very windy weather we've had. Believe it or not, the wind does affect their behaviour!Plus, everytime we put their coats on (which takes about 10 minutes for 26 3 and 4 year olds) it started to rain...light rain, heavy rain, sideways rain etc.
DD2 is supposed to be at Rainbows but she's lying on the couch and there's a good chance I'll have to take her over to my parents' house in the morning as I'm in w***.
Have a good evening all!0 -

Just about to go up the loft for the suitcase. DH and I off to Ireland tomorrow to see DS and partner (I can assure you I will be hung over Monday - watch this space!!!!!!!!)
A quick one from me tonight as I am sooooooooooo busy!. And tired! Done the ironing and the washing still going strong! It is towels so they will dry while we are away. Must do the bedding early next week - we have weekend visitors next weekend. In fact not a free weekend now until Christmas!

Evening all...this knee bending lark is contagious.
Tonight I have put my christmas cake fruit to soak in a drop of brandy. 3 tablespoons seemed a piddling amount, so I sloshed quite a bit more in. hic.
With all this fruit knocking about, I made 2 fruit loaves, they are now cooling.
And, best of all, we have viewers at the house tomorrow, I just hope they like the smell of Stardrops. :rotfl:
Enjoy your weekend away grannybroon, I think you deserve a rest and a drink or two.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
Well, I turned back after managing to get myself all upset over something silly. Seems I'm a bit more exhausted than even I realised. Ended up watching something on channel 4 streamed and eating cashew nuts. DH is goign to try to keep the baby settled on his own tonight and I get to sleep all night without interruption!
I wonder if I can do it without fretting about the 2 of them all night!
Thanks for the kind words you very lovely people!May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0
