I'm not sure they will, but they are human beings that answer the queries. It won't be the first time they have encountered the problem. I'm sure they won't pay out, but they may track down the RM number for the OP. It costs nothing to try....

there is no way to 'track' a number down.
there is correlation between the address and tracking number undder the RM system.
no harm in trying but i expect a no response
