Kent Reliance won't allow you to set a payment to be made after about 10 at night. If you miss the afternoon cutoff you have to change the transfer date to the following date but this only works until late evening, after that the system does not accept payments under any date. It's effectively having limited functionality due to maintenance, every single night. While I did not have problems or complaints other than this their overall service is not one I would particularly recommend over many others offering virtually the same rate.0

:A I have a graveyard of closed accounts with Tesco and Virgin Money due to their rate tweaks.
They are both at 1.45% now, so I'm not sure I want the hassle of adding Kent Reliance to my magic money tree for an extra 0.05%Retired 1st July 2021.
This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."0 -

To give them credit, KRBS does allow you to close old accounts online, so you don't need to end up with a graveyard of old accounts.0
