So, you want to bring them in line with Company policy? Bill them for the call and give them a reprimand.
But, fire them? I guess you must spend a lot of time and money in industrial tribunals for unfair dismissal, and losing every time. Test of Reasonableness normally applies here.The bankers stole my pension (and everyone else's). It should have earned a lot of money, but they took their bonus pot first.0
