You can buy the Disney Plan but it depends on where you want to eat. It is a good idea if you are getting it for free but if not then you will eat elsewhere. The food in Disney is pretty 'samey' and tends to be mainly junk. The best option we found was in Epcot where there is quite a selection to choose form, but to eat there every day for 2 weeks. You'll get bored. Plus you are going to be eating out when you go to other parks and the like.
I personally think that it would be cheaper for us not to do it. Next time we will stock up on Subs from Walmart and stash them in the Fridge, they are huge and cost around $3 and they would feed a family of 4 each. Drinks and Crisps I'll also get in there too, you can refill bottles at the water fountain, if you do not like water carry a small bottle of juice.
Always check out WalMart early on, you can get your photos done there - loads of stuff much cheaper (we got a Cars Tshirt for DS for $3 and it is decent quality, still going strong and we got it in early 2007. Make it your first port of call for essentials, sunscreen, water, etc...0 -
Also, WalMart do mega cheap digital camera print processing and putting them onto Disc, I think we paid around $20 for the pics onto disc disc and around 200 prints!!0

I am needing some help on bringing things back from Orlando.
I am wanting to bring back a large boxed toy item when I visit Orlando next June but was wondering the best way to do and the cheapest. It weighs including the box 77 lbs. I am flying with Virgin will they charge me extra to check it in? Are there any companies that will ship it to the UK for me whilst I am there to arrange it?
Any help in advance will be greatly received
disney do international shipping. i sent home a huge amount last year and think i only paid $100. be prepared to pay customs excise and vat though when its delivered as well though.0 -

We did not drive when there and stayed in the Celebration on the 192. We went to the huge and very new one the end of the 192 on the bus. I was stunned. More annoyingly was that we found Walmart in the last 2 days of the holiday so I would now say to everyone, make it your first port of call and if not driving then get a cab to carry said goodies!!
Something to be aware of, they have a checkout that sells ciggies - not like here in the UK where they have a counter, so don't get stuck in that like we did.
I ended up buying my souviner gifts from there, also Thomas Road and Rail is half the price over there, next time we go we will be stocking up, we paid around $9 plus tax (6%) for James where here in the UK he costs around £13-15. So that will be on our list for next time. We only ever take half of our allowance anyway (because the kids get the same allowance) so plenty of room for goodies on the way back.0 -

And can anyone recommend anywhere vegetarian, my other half is a very fussy eater.

This is where we stayed, Radisson Celebration, we got the bus from outside the hotel along the 192 and it took us to walmart. I am sure that you are right on top of it where you are staying then. There is one the other end too, down the Oscela Parkway, but it looked much smaller.0
