    can anyone help me?
after coming home from our fab holiday at disney i wanted to check our photos out from the disney photo pass which they took loads for us,ive searched every where and ive lost the card:mad:
im so upset they were good pictures aswell
ive sent a request in on their website even added a photo of the kids but i couldnt remember the time or date of a certain photo they took so i just guessed it and ive recieved an email back saying after an exhaustive search they cannot find my photos
ive just done another request about a different photo but it doesnt look good, has this ever happened to anyone else?and did you get your photos back?

we have got nearly the same problem, we registered our cards when we returned, and i was pretty sure we had to purchase the photos or whatever we wanted by the 19/09/08 or our photos would be deleted of the sysytem, turns out i was wrong, it said the 16/09/08, and i went to get the photo cd yesterday(18/09/08), alas only to find our photos had gone,, does anybody know if there is anyway of retrieving these photos back, luckily we had our own camera, so have got our own photos, but they are not of the same quality as the ones disney took, TIA Dave.
Take every day as it comes!!

We had much the same problem with the Photo Pass, unfortunately there's no way of retrieving them once it's past their sell by date, Disney wipe them off the system automatically.... just means you'll have to go again, good excuse!

  • Hi,
Were (2 adults) thinking of booking for disney resort holiday some time next year. So have started to shop around and look at the various packages avaliable. Just wondering if anyone who uses the board or disney regulars could give me any adivice of anywhere else to look have done the obvious such as vigin and other major tour operators, so far looks like jet save are at the top of the list - price wise.
    Many Thanks!!

I might just be pessimistic but in the current climate i can only suggest anyone who books with an airline other than a very stable one such as BA, VS etc really are gambling. Paying more is never a good thing, but neither is paying thousands for an holiday only for a week before you are due to go having it cancelled because the airline has folded.

Personally i always fly with VS but not VS Holidays, usually booked separately.

I agree. Has made me more aware now. Have booked some holidays previously up to a year in advance in the past but now unsure about that even though I know that sometimes its the best way to get deals and get exactly what you want. Think for the next couple of years anyway will be booking nearer the time and only with the big boys. Hopefully this credit crunch will blow over soon and everyone can get back to normal. It has all been a wake-up call though. For me anyway.

Rubbish, strick to Expedia, Orbitz etc or book direct.

Florida is not the best Honeymoon place unless you're going to Clearwater or the Keys.

I booked my last florida holiday (went in may this year) through a company called broadway travel (think there web address is https://www.broadwaytravel.co.uk ). They were the cheapest I could find anywhere and their service was excellent. It might be worth you taking a look at them. Congratulations on the wedding!;)
