are you going to bad mouth them 6o days before i go, thanks , thats awfuly nice of you , its going to make my holiday. i looked into their faults before i booked with them and they are no worse than tcd, who i've flown with 6 times:T
Aw hun im sorry i wasnt meaning to bad mouth them, it really was meant tongue in cheek im sorry you took it the wrong way.
It was a reference to the stripping of their license to fly further than 1 hr from an airport due to their negligence in safety by the Civil Aviation Authority.
I genuinely hope you have a fantastic time, as a regular in Florida im sure you'll love it0 -

Thanks in advance and hope you have a great holiday!!!
This is so strange, I know I saw it on the Universal site, but now it's showing $117. Could it have changed today?0 -
I fly with them every January from MAN -MCO and have done for the past few years.
Excellent every time. Wouldn't even consider flying anyone else on that route.
Thanks STURLL. Great , at last! - great to get a response from someone! Did you upgrade your baggage allowance? What do they have in way of entertainment on the planes? Can't believe all the people that post on here all fly Virgin! Surely others have flown Thomas Cook recently? ....:o0 -

There is never a need to upgrade my allowance.
I travel with 2 kids so between us that gives us 23kg each or 6 items but 69kg total. Very easy done. Additional to this you can take a pram and 2 car seats at no oxtra charge and seperate from you're allowance.
In way of entertainment on the plane it depends. You always get a seat back TV, but generally on the MCO route its your standard film starts everytime the last one has finished with a choice oif about 9 or 10. If you're lucky you'll get one of the on demand ones (although ive only ever had these on LHR routes) these have a choice of about 20/30 films and other stuff to watch and stop and pause as you please.
There is also capabilities to play games with other people on the plane, and phones which connect the seats (although ive never known one work)
The flight departs about 11 so after take off you get pretzels. Then a bit later you get lunch, then later ice cream and then a light snack before landing. Drinks are complementary throughout the whole flight and this include alcoholic.
Hope you have an excellent time. :beer:0 -

this sounds like a virgin flight ??? Was it on time? I flew Virgin three times a year to Orlando and not once in the last three years has a flight left on time. So I am going BA nowSelf confessed Florida expertwith over 320 trips there!

Out of about 25 flights with Virgin the longest i ever have been delayed was about 2 hours. Dont think iv ever been delayed from MAN.
sometimes i think is worth driving to man! the lgw to mco route has about 25% on time flights - its dreadfulSelf confessed Florida expertwith over 320 trips there!

I wonder if since VS only fly to MCO from MAN it means there is less potential for delays?0 -
Really!
