    Morning everyone

So I've had a couple of days off the money making. I did that 1,500 word article on Saturday, and it was a real struggle. Just not s subject that was worthy of that many words to be honest, so it took me pretty much all day, on and off. I wouldn't be surprised if they send it back for some changes, but I've not heard anything yet. Textbroker was pretty quiet apart from that, so I relaxed Sunday and yesterday and didn't do much.

Back on it today though. I've got an article to write this morning, and want to try and get another one this afternoon. The tomato focus group is still going on, but it looks like they've put the last topics up now, so I'll get that finished too. I also need to get on Swagbucks, as I can get 100SB off a voucher, but it runs out on Monday, so want to take advantage of that.

Fingers crossed I get that other focus group money today. Not going to hold my breath though. We'll see. I might be able to clear the Curry's debt by the end of the week, but I'm still a little way off yet.

    Have a great day everyone

Didn't receive my focus group payment. I don't know whether to email tomorrow or not. I want to try and be patient, and I know he sent an update on Friday, but tomorrow is 2 weeks since it finished, so I think it's reasonable to think that we should have been paid by now. It's not my fault if some people didn't bother trying, and those of us that did everything asked of us shouldn't be punished. Might sent a politely worded email tomorrow to that effect.

I did get my big article accepted though, with no revisions, and an excellent rating across the board!! That'll be a nice boost to my payout this week. I did my article this morning, but didn't get another one until this evening, so will save that for the morning. I've done everything for the tomato focus group, unless she comes back with some queries about my answers, but I will deal with that tomorrow. I've also got to 150 Swagbucks. I'm aiming for 150 a day for the rest of the week to get to the 600 for the voucher.

    Emz xx

Do you mean Swagbucks? If so, then no. I don't like it anymore. I think I'll just dip in and out of there every so often, but won't earn as much on there as I used to, as it just takes too long.

I got my focus group money!!!!!!! I made over £350 this month!!!! I've paid it off the Curry's account, plus £25 that I had in PayPal from Prolific surveys, so I now owe just £45.66. I don't think I will quite have enough from Textbroker to clear it on Friday, but I will only be about £5 or so short, so I'll just pay it all off anyway, and then I can get cracking with my credit card in June.

I've written that article I had this morning, and have got another one, but it's 1,500 words, so I'm going to do half today and half tomorrow. Nothing else has come up on the tomato focus group, so looks like I am finished with that one.

  • Absolutely brilliant to have made so much and seen off that Currys debt.  It takes a lot to keep so motivated and  I'm genuinely happy for you.  Here's to a profitable June now.

Whenever you mention that tomato focus group I have to smile.  I don't know why I find it amusing but I can't for the life of me see how they could have spun out a survey on tomatoes over so long LOL.
