Very Scary Times......

I tend to keep Prolific open all the time and try to keep an eye on it when I'm doing other things like housework. Even though it says it refreshes the page, I have an app on my dashboard that I set to refresh it every 10 seconds and I find that helps to get the surveys before they get full.Delichon said:
Wow, well done! I had a nice flurry of activity on Prolific a couple of weeks ago but since then anything I'm eligible for has really dried up.Emzilla said:S
......... (for example, yesterday I did £8.52 worth of Prolific surveys).

Sorry, I worded my post badly. I do the same as you but I meant that I've not been eligible for much recently. I'm obviously not a very attractive demographic. I often find them before they fill up and I almost jump for joy if they are good payers. Then I see that their criteria for participation don't apply to me! I think the last one I did was for 60pEmzilla said:

Well done, Emz! I hope you are feeling OK and the fact that OH is there 24/7 isn't causing you any stress. I know they say Christmas and holiday periods are a big cause of marriage/relationship breakdowns because all the 'togetherness' can be a bit much. If my DH survives the virus he may not survive what I might be driven to do to him! He's already seriously getting on my nerves and we're not even totally self-isolating yet.
I was bemoaning not having any Prolific studies recently and lo and behold I did a £2,50 and a 75p one last night. Yippee! I now have £7.05 that I can redeem. It took a while to accrue even that this time though.
Wishing you and everyone who posts on here a good weekend. Take care, everyone xxx3 -
I totally understand. I love my OH, but he is seriously annoying me now!! I'm trying to escape to the bedroom as much as I can as I'm sure I'm irritating him too. We've been together for 19 years, and I think this is our toughest test!! I'm sure we'll be fine though.Delichon said:Well done, Emz! Well done on the Prolific payout - I think I did that £2.50 one too.

I knew that it would be tough to hit my £10 target at the weekend, and I was right. Not much around in the way of surveys. I did however reach £5:£2.17 - Prolific
£0.25 - Valued Opinions
£0.63 - Swagbucks
£0.75 - New Vista
£0.22 - Lifepoints
£1.34 - Answer Points
£5.36
I also spent a lot of time sorting out my wardrobe and side table. Got rid of a load of old paperwork and chucked out a load of stuff. Sorted through all my toiletries too and I've got stacks!! Should be okay for my isolation time.

My boss has confirmed that I will be getting fully paid for the next 12 weeks. I'll still keep up with my earnings from home too though. Need to keep my mind busy.
