Here's my weekend's list. Just missed my target of £10 a day, but it's much better than last weekend:

    £0.50 - New Vista
    £1.51 - Swagbucks
£17.70 - Textbroker (although article not accepted yet)

    £19.71

I've just claimed £12 from Panelbase, so that will start me off well next month.

    Didn't reach my target yesterday:

    £0.05 - Panel Opinion
    £7.89 - Textbroker
    £0.20 - Prolific

    £8.09

I'm finding there aren't many surveys round at all at the moment. I'm going to concentrate more on Textbroker articles during April, as I seem to be able to get at least a couple of those a day. I've already done one this morning worth £8.60. I want to do some surveys, but will stick to certain companies.

    £11.02 - Textbroker
    £1.34 - Prolific

    £12.36

Afternoon everyone and welcome to April!! Usually my favourite month of the year, but I have a feeling my birthday will be pretty uneventful this year. Can't be helped though.

Anyway, I was thinking earlier of tasks I want to achieve this month from my isolation pit:
    1. Write two articles on Textbroker a day - I've been doing this pretty well over the past few days. I tend to write one in the morning and then get another one to do in the evening. I'm going to steer clear of the larger articles if I can as they take too long and, even though you get paid more, if they don't accept the article quickly enough or want rewrites (like the one I did at the weekend  :#) then it just seems less and less worth it.
    2. Reach the first target (but aim for the second if possible) on Swagbucks each day. I've never managed to do this. I think the most I've come is 26 days in a row. Being at home all the time at the moment seems a good opportunity to finally achieve that goal!!
    3. Pay off a debt. Cheating a bit here as I have got a debt that I am going to clear on Friday. It's with a DCA and was over £700 when I first started and I've got just over £60 left, so will pay it off on Friday. Can't even remember what it was for to be honest. After that, I am going to concentrate on paying off a debt we have with Currys. It's interest free until June, so I need to clear it before then. It currently stands at £489 and I'm aiming to clear it during April and May with my survey and Textbroker money only.
    4. Read at least one book. I need to make a habit of reading a chapter before bed.
    5. Finish the cross stitch book mark so I can send it off to my niece for her birthday in May (or hopefully give it to my sister if she delivers my presents to me on my birthday - at a safe distance obviously!!).

  • Happy upcoming birthday Emz, it's my birthday in April too! Sadly it looks like neither of us will be doing any celebrations....

You seem to be doing really well with earning extra money! Hope that you're doing ok and are self-isolating as a vulnerable person....have you signed up to the government's list? They're giving out food parcels, so could be help for you?

What date is your birthday? Mine's the 25th and my mum's is the 11th. Happy Birthday for when it comes round.

I have registered with the government after getting my letter last week. They delivered a parcel of food yesterday, which was actually really impressive. I have got my OH here with me, but obviously the less he goes out, the better it is as it lessens the risk of him bringing germs home. We've got a Morrisons deliver coming on the 18th too, so we should be fine with food.
