We moved to this house in september and we paid 6months rent upfront so at the mo i do not pay rent as its already been paid for...in march when the 6 months r up ..i will have to start paying rent. My mum gave me the money upfront for rent and it was part of my inheritance so i am claiming it bk in housing benifit..only one reason for that..so i can get some of my inheritance back if you get me. and pay off my bills so every 4 weeks we get 370.oo

  • Yes I agree with I.A to contact payplan or CCCS so you can gain more control of your situation. Just facing up to the debt as you have is a start to gaining control but so many people on here are relieved once they speak to payplan or CCCS so may be worth a look into?

phone the companies involved or look on your statements etc, its no good paying something off if its 15% when something is incurring 35% also you have things 'missing' form your soa, home phone/internet, clothes, xmas/birthdays?
