Water meter leak!! Help

We are now wondering if its a leak the meter was a new trial type its a stp !!!! as well as meter and has been jamed for a long time now when we needed a new sink fitted water board had to come out and fit isolaters under the sink as stop !!!! is jamed ,Water board come out and looked lots of times and say the only wAy they can fit stop !!!! is to dig up private shared driveway at our cost

Externals always have a stop c0ck next to the meter (So i thought unless different areas do it diffrently)

Hi yes it has a stop !!!! with the meter its broken we have had to have isolaters fitted to all water appliancees in house

Hi still waiting 3 weeks later for water board to turn up they say the man for our area is on holiday have used 10 units in 3 weeks one week of that we were away !!
