Did BW Legal tell you that you have a COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENT (against you because you failed to defend a claim) or that you have a COUNTY COURT CLAIM?

Right just realised that the county court judgement is in someone else's name at my address but showing on my experian? Which is effecting my credit score, I don't understand how they could confuse my name with someone else's, what should I do ?0

OK, as you have been told we can't help you over the CCJ wrongly on your credit record and nothing to do with you.
But what about the one you were told you had received over the PCN?
