You need to get a grip on this, it is not rocket science.
If a CCJ was awarded against you, about which you knew nothing, you have not moved house for years, and your DVLA documents are up to date, someone (not you), may be guilty of a FUBAR, and you could be in line for substantial compensation.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Can you tell us the contents of the letter from NCP you had. Your posts are confusing and we have no idea as to exactly what you have had.
