Have you moved house in the last 6 years
(The ccj on Experian may not be this one)0 -
Is it possible that the suggestion being made is that you ring the CCBC and ask them?Robertglynn2301 wrote: »I don't know how to find information about it, that link you sent just has phone numbers?
Just a guess, mind.0 -
That's why I posted the link (not that you needed a link, the CCBC is easy to Google).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Basically I rang BW LEGAL today and they said I need to pay 260 pound and I said why is it so much now and they said court costs and I said I haven't had any letters and I asked if I could settle the balance if I pay some and they said it's a CCJ now so you should have replied to the letter0

Do not ever, ever ring BW Legal. Don't do it again. Ever.
Ring Northampton in the morning and see what you can find out. Without the relevant information as to the ccj it's difficult to give meaningful advice. You need to find out when it was awarded and to what address.
Get as much detail as you can.0 -
