Hi I'm new to all this, But I got a letter from ncp saying I owe £60 and I didn't remember parking there and didn't get round to paying it and it got passed on to bw legal, I haven't had any letters and I phoned them today and I now have a ccj? But I didn't get any letter from a court? What should I do? I feel scammed ( I also emailed be legal asking how much the balance was and I had no reply)

Who told you about the CCJ?

Check at trustonline website to see if you do have one registered against you and if so on what date

Have you moved recently? Is your V5c showing your correct address? Check it for mistakes and typos.

OP, have you used your real name as your forum username?

Then your really should ask MSE to change your username to something totally anonymous.

Trust online didn't show anything when I put my details in? But on my credit file it says there is one I think, it was BW legal that told me i had

BW LEGAL said I should have responded to a court letter but haven't had anything

Check Trust Online for the address the vehicle is registered at.

Some court claims issued on 13th September were never sent by the CCBC, so ask the court whether a claim was sent to you, and on what date, and what the Claim number is, so you can set it aside if that's what you decide:

I checked my credit report with experian and it says I have a ccj but doesn't show me any details about it and my car is registered at my address
