You have to simply copy & paste some words. Easy enough for posters here - templates that most people find easy to read & use.

OK I will try that this evening.

I also took video of the parking location. There is completely none signage that if you park you will be fined. There is a bar that says private property and that you may be clamped. But I parked BEFORE that bar. Nonetheless, there is no visible sign to say anything about parking fines.

Would that video be enough evidence? I took it today, not when I parked obviously.

They may say oh you didn't park there, etc? The photo that horrible Flashpark sent me shows only the back of my car and nothing more.

Flashpark are predominantly a self-ticketing operation, so any nosy Norris can point, shoot, scoot and send Flashpark a nasty snap and trap photo to pursue and harass the keeper.

Can you tell me please what to copy and paste? Which template to use? There seem to be hundred and when I searched for FlashPark there was none.

You simply need the templates linked in the NEWBIES thread, not just the one about signs (yes that one - it's NOT irrelevant to your case). Of course you can remove some sentences and replace them with more about the LACK of signs, but aim for a LONG appeal to make them give up!

I do not need to give you links, to links that I've already provided in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread! NOT only the signage one.

Put the template points in that section of the NEWBIES thread, together, and add a start section that talks about your video that you will also be uploading alongside the POPLA appeal PDF once you've finished it..

Yes, but you need to go through it checking closely, checking that every single word fits with your circumstances.

Did you see this suggestion made some weeks ago on your thread:

Put in keywords: Flashpark POPLA and change to SHOW RESULTS AS POSTS.

You will see examples of relevant POPLA appeals within 0.1 seconds - much faster than any of us can type, and MUCH more useful, as you then know how to search this forum effectively.

OK I sent it. I lost my evening for these bstards. Do they pay POPLA for every appeal?


And the government is horrible. You cannot allow scum companies get access of your details without proving with strong evidence a contravention. It's the company who must provide evidence, not the driver. And their evidence is absolutely crap, they don't have ANY parking warning sign!
