I've just had calls from an Andrew Blake of Herschel Escrow based in Dubai offering me £38k for Glasgow plot and £42k for Gatwick plot. There would be legal fees payable by the vendor, but..... they will require a holding deposit from both parties of about 10% whilst legal paperwork is completed.It could be done in 7-10 days after I give him my plot numbers.
He had my email address and phone number. I said I would not put up the £8k. He says they have a client wanting to get 51% of the plots.

As you are aware it's a scam. When someone wants to buy something off you, it's not you that's supposed to put money in their bank account.

As I've posted here before (this scam has come up previously) the reason they offer such outlandish amounts is to sort out the truly gullible, from the suspicious who will bale out later and waste their time.

If they offered you £10k and no money up front I bet you'd take it, right?
You've lost your money. Hold a wake for it and move on.

Yes I too have or maybe now I should say I was under the illusion I had 3 spaces in Glasgow. I also got a random call from Hershel. I spoke with Vincent price and James Dean. Yes the same story. A big shot in Beijing wants to purchase 51% of the car park. Congratulating me on the offer of 122 Sterling. But I must first put a down payment of 8600.
I have emailed them asking for their trade license. I haven't had a reply yet. So if it sounds too good to be true. It is bound to be false. It has however made me look for information on park first and on another site. There's a solicitor who's trying to get some returns by taking action. So the more of us I guess that get together the better. Thanks for having this forum. At least I don't feel so alone in my misjudgements.
