I have a space in Glasgow park 5 Mac Dowell Street. The title deeds were processed with JWK solicitors .iI have tried to look up the title on the land registry site but there are just numbers for the site .I have sent JWK details but as yet no reply.Anyone find their title ?

I would assume the numbers are related to the parking spaces, as 495, 531 etc are all in the same boundary.


If so though, it only suggests about 11 spaces are registered, so maybe it's different in Scotland and they are in lots of spaces, the Scottish resgister isn't so easy to understand.

The search shows the same just the 11 numbers .I need to contact JWK directly to know what they mean .The solicitor firm appears legit and I doubt they have overlooked the possibility that they are not the registry.In the event that is the case one could sue them for negligence .

If your contract is done through Evershed. They should have provided the registration number of your car park with the Scottish land registry. That registration number will be used for the contract instead of your car park number.

I have just been informed by Evershed on 27 March that they need to update the contract to compile with Scottish law and get my consent.

I think some of the ones in Glasgow never opened and are boarded up- The gatwick ones are open, being actively marketed and are busy

99% sure this is the same scam as GRL, just a different name. James Dean was the guy i was talking too (really!) and out of Dubai. Has some Chinese billionaire that wants to build multistorey car parks, yada, yada, yada.

Yes, I had a call from them too!
He didn't follow up in the end as I said I had absolutely no money to pay him to sell my spaces......he said Id need £5k to sell them, but i'd get 78k back.....
yeah right!
