    yes, I am constantly contacting them! They just say they have no firm news and they will contact us when they have a firm date. And rest assured everything is in order.
    What about you? what are your thoughts?
  • I am still hopeful as after all, we do have contracts tied up with them. Don't know enough about UK Law as I am an overseas buyer. Do update us if you have any further progress, good luck!

    What about the risk of returning the deeds as the company is dodgy to say the least.I believe the solicitor who processed them is being investigated for dishonesty.

    Is he? They were using Eversheds who are huge and reputable. My solicitor has copies of all the deeds etc.
    I don't know what will happen - I can't do anything until the long stop date in August is reached. There are some group action stuff going on (other investors who haven't gone to the early buy back option) so there is a lot happening- and the FCA haven't washed their hands of it- they are still collecting info and are watching the progress of the claims. They will step back in if the payments aren't made.
