Morning all,
Some brilliant pots going on, well done to everyone!
I managed to use my bank card instead of my money envelope (it was my first week as well and I forgot my envelope!!) at Lidl last week, so when I went to swap out my envelopes on Saturday it still had £40 in it!. Put £20 into my jar and kept the other £20 (as I'd actually spent this on my card).
Went to the car wash after Lidl to hoover my car, ended up only using one pound coin instead of two, so I potted the other £1. Managed to find 7p in coins round the hoovers as well, roadkill into the jar as well!!0 -

Still nothing to pot today as still at home poorly. OH took me down for my chest Xray earlier, but no cash involved...might have to raid his pockets and drawers and see if I can find any.0

Hi Sue, everyone
My giant Sports Direct mug (Sorry, don't mean to advertise them) is filling up from all the 5ps I'm keeping separate from my tin savings. I might take it down to the Supermarket and make one of those awful Coinstar thieves choke on them Actually, I'll probably feed them to a self service machine (Sorry to everyone behind me for the wait!) then I'll try to pot the actual amount that I give to it.
I'm full of the cold. I think it's phase one I'm going through - a constantly runny nose, so annoying, phase two will be the sore throat for sure. Had to splash out on some [stops typing to blow nose] Lemsip cough syrup - the only brand that had some discount on it, so I saved something there... tastes quite nice actually... think I'll take another swag!!
Hope everyone is doing okay and if anyone else has the cold, I feel for you!
Hugs
