-3.5 this week, got my 2 stone award and slimmer of the month
Today's menu:
B - Mushroom Omelette and mixed fruit bowl (HEA - 40g light cheddar)
L - Burger in a Bowl + 20g light cheddar cheese (3 syns)
D - Roast chicken dinner with boiled potatoes and mixed veg
2 x Alpen light bars (HEB)You can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

Well 1lb on for me tonight. No surprise though. Had 7 meals out and a fully expenses paid trip to Scotland with my daughter this last weekend.Zebras rock0

That's brilliant with all that eating out Kathrynha! I'm sure it would have been more than that if it had been me.
Not expecting a loss this week after being out for lunch on Thursday - food was very low syn, half syn for the starter and half syn for the main. It was the alcohol that was the problem! Away for the weekend and again lots of alcohol and food low syn.

Hello everyone - hope everyone is well
Well I got up this morning & went running .....yes surprised myself as well! Even took the dog on a long walk this evening.
Been relatively good today as well food wise so hoping that this is the week that kicks starts the losses again0 -
