I am not loosing weight for Christmas but for me & my mobility.

It is amazing the difference the 6 lb range when you are target can make.

Of course you're right that the mobility has to be the priority and you're right about the 6 lbs range. I really want to get to the bottom of it...... so I can probably put it back on over Christmas! :rotfl:

    Thanks bubbs, found it :)
  • Sorry things got super busy and I didn't get to check in at the end of the last one, I gained then lost, so ended up back where I started anyway... ggrrr birthdays!

Anyway, I'm aiming for my 4stone by Christmas, which is 1 and a quarter a week, so 9 lbs goal for me please :)

I might dissappear around the end of Nov, start of Dec, I'm an artist so we're coming up to my busiest time of year with Chrismas markets. But I will be back mid December <3

Today has been really good food wise, so this week is looking promising :D
Breakfast - overnight oat pancakes, with fruit and 1.5 syns of fruit syrup (by the choc shot people..)
Lunch - was syn free - left over mince mix from sat made into pasta sauce with chopped toms, and pasta.
Dinner - Stew - 1 syn for flour to thicken, a fruit salad (diet lemonade sauce) for pudding.

Snacks - 3 syns - hifi, and 3 syns - shortbread petticoat, and I'm going to have a mini daim which is 1 syn :D

So finishing on 8.5 syns, oh and my A went on milk in tea :D
anything's possible if you've got enough nerve
    :happyhear

I totally understand the 6lb range I am also at target, well I was until last holiday a couple of weeks ago and I'm now 1lb over but hopeful to lose that, and enjoy the Christmas season.
