Yo!
so today I had FnBs fry up which is apparently grilled when I queried them... I poached eggs instead of fried.. fat removed from bacon! and a latte 3.5. Made this count as brunch. wasn't hungry between.
I went last night and had steak, jacket potato with a tiny bit of sour cream, saut!ed mushrooms and tomatoes. Had a drizzle of spicy peppercorn sauce too. Called it 5 syns all in all. Then had six vodka and diet cokes at a do I went tohowever, the whole lot was fewer than three ciders worth, which I would have had, plus several more, previously...
I registered at SW on Wed finally.
Heavier than my scales say, but given that I weighed in fully dressed after a lamb and paneer wrap (the condemned woman, hearty meal etc) and at home I usually WI in my vest and short PJs after my morning wee when nothing else has passed my lips, it's not unexpected!0 -

Wed was the day I joined too, will post my results here, will either cry or laugh... That wrap sounds delicious, is it made same way as spinach paneer wrap?
That dinner with the jacket potato sounds good too.. I am taking all ideas of delicious food.
Welldone on the drink changes, hope you feel ok today. If not green tea is amazing!:D0 -
Morning. I have just had weetabix and a pear. Not sure what to have later I am going shopping for food I could have eggs bacon mushrooms as they are needing to be used up0
-
Bozwood I would add some tomatoes to that as well to up the Speed foods.
Today's plan:
B - SW fry up
L - stuffed portabello mushroom - stuffed with couscous, mushroom stalks, bacon, peas, spring onions & primula for a cheesy hit 3 syns (didn't need as much as I thought so now only 1 syn) + had HM coleslaw (1 syn for LTL mayo), various pickles
D - Duck breast (needs using up as my friend gave to me yesterday as her DH doesn't fancy it! and as she'd taken it out of the freezer I obviously couldn't put it back in the freezer); roast potatoes, roasted carrots, onions & peppers, Brussel sprouts & peas
HEA - milk
HEB - none planned but maybe a couple of Hifi bars
Syns - 25g primula 3 only 1 syn as it was Light and only 1/2 Tbs (may not need that amount so if I only need half of that it would be better!); 2 or 3 G&Ts - 6 or 9 syns

Sorry to hear it's another gain TIE. Do you think that it might be because you're trying too hard? Try and relax about it this week and see if that helps. Also does SP work for you, if so it might be worth a couple of days of that (have to say it doesn't seem to work for me and I don't enjoy not having the carbs anyway, LOL!)
Heres to a good but relaxed week!
