SSM hope the back clears up soon.

GTQ Well done on the STS considering your screw up earlier in the week. Hope the cough clears up soon.

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled egg & spinach on toast (HEB)
L - jacket potato; beans; salad
D - fish pie, peas, green veg - 4 syns for the cheese sauce (depends how much I need to use but think it's 8 tsps for the whole thing)

    HEA - milk as usual
    HEB - bread
Syns - Bisto cheese sauce granules 4

I'm going for an alcohol free Friday again. Sorry but I feel the need to announce it early and publicly to give me accountability. :)

That way I have plenty of syns to last me through the week and no worries that I could go over with some extra milk or other easily hidden syns.

I've yet to do my meal plan and shopping list and I really don't have enough Speed in to give us many choices for dinner. I'll report back when it's done and I've been shopping.:)

Think it's going to be another alcohol free Friday for me too! Went way over on syns last night - even though I was drinking shorts!

I'm assuming a take away Chinese so depending what you choose then it could be high syn. It's perfectly possible to save syns for a big, blow out meal every week and still lose. Bubbs has always done it with her picky tea on Saturdays. :) It doesn't mean you have to have small meals the rest of the week though, just on plan low syn/syn free meals.

It's not easy having an AF Friday denise but I have to make the effort while I can. I'm trying hard to take advantage of a bit of a lull in eating out. Be strong!!:D

I've done my meal plan and shop. I went to Lidl today (as I had a voucher to use:money:) but I've decided I much prefer Aldi for most things. I know I'm lucky to have the choice of all supermarkets close by.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, half HEB, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, beetroot, pickled cabbage, cornichons
D: savoury mince, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage, kale
    Syns: None!

    Yo!

so today I had FnBs fry up which is apparently grilled when I queried them... I poached eggs instead of fried.. fat removed from bacon! and a latte 3.5. Made this count as brunch. wasn't hungry between.

For tea I googled slimming world burgers, made them with wholemeal roll and cheese and HEX. Syns in crispy onions and a dod of tomato sauce included as a .5syn and some lettuce and tomato on side.

So nowwwww its green tea time and chill. Had a small bit of shortbread and counted and now have prepped fruit on side as I sit and watch a few things on tv.

Good luck to those who are pausing the alcohol.. its tough at first but I also public outed myself in order to push me harder.

    Enjoy your evening/weekends.
