  • I am also being harassed by E-on, same tactics, multpile threatning emails and texts. Calling them have no effect they don't do their job reflecting what they said on the call. When you calll them, they put you on hold and half the time when they get back on the line they don't hear you, or pretend they don't and hang up the phone to your face... and your problem isn't solved. It is the second time I had to deal with this company and both time they used the same technique. Bullying is their commercial way of dealing with customers. The attitude and lack of accountanility of these companies is unbelievable. I am trying to raise the media attention but I am not sure where to start, I think the most testimonies we can get the better it will be. Please contact me if you have some similar experience with E-on. thanks
  • Rich take the emotions out of it and deal with the facts of the issue at hand.You come across as extremely defensive and are making issues out of things that don’t really need to be made issues of like why is the EoN representative is posting on this forum.

    Any dispute is best settled via communication, persevere with it and you will eventually get a result. Burying your head in the sand and getting defensive tends to lead to more issues down the road.
