I have written to E-ON and the court asking them both to transfer this hearing to a local court. As E-ON'S address is a PO box and I have sent the letter recorded delivery I don't expect they will do anything about it so I will have to make the journey to Portsmouth which is a very big worry as my wife has terminal cancer and I should remain close by in case of a serious event.
I am determined that E-ON will not get away with bullying me so have no choice but to stand up to them.0 -
It's so shocking to me that no one on this forum seems to be on the side of the little guy, it seems that they seem to be more concern in helping the company's that prey on us like the morcocks in the hg wells time machine story.
What is wrong with our governments that allow the selling of of our essential services to these sort of people. Surely this is an affront to democracy?
Why does this site allow agents of these company's to people this site?
The guy that works for E-ON was unable to do anything to help but just suggested i wright to them, which i did and was ignored.
I had to take my wife who is dying of cancer with me to the hearing for them to get an order to enter my premises to disconnect our electricity at Portsmouth magistrate court only to be told they had cancelled the application at the last minute. They obviously have no compassion in their soul whatsoever.
I had previously sent them a letter by recorded delivery which they ignored.
Why do we as a country put up with this sort of behavior?0 -

Because it gives them an opportunity to respond to your concerns and you are given contact details so that you can be put in touch with someone who can help.
There are always two sides to a story and I would suggest the suppliers are occasionally frustrated in that they cannot respond with their side of the story.

You can ask the Royal Mail for the physical address which is associated with a PO Box.0

I'd love to hear their side of the story and wonder why they can't put it on this forum as their employee on this site seems very willing to speak to all us poor victims on line, so why not state their case?0
